For all those who might find value in it I recently did an H1 build and ended up unimpressed with the factory noise levels. Ultimately replaced the PSU and did a mod to the AIO allowing me to control the RPM from the BIOS. NZXT no longer allows the h1 AIO pump speed to be changed, and it was pretty audible.

Hello Andy,

Thanks for your amusing yet super informative mod review.
I am new to AIO cooling and annoying high pitched pump speeds are something I just learned about today. But I probably should have done a little more research before getting this X Box Series X Premium Plus Case.

Unfortunately, I have like a -2 proficiency malus in wiring cables or dexterity in general but I still want to crank down that pump speed when in idle (when playing Baldur's Gate 3 it may whine all it wants).

So, do you have a toddler-proof step-by-step guide on the wiring process with pictures or maybe even video for my oonga-boonga monkey brain? It needs the visual stimulus. Yes.

I'd be thankful for any help in order to not destroy my aio control completely on day 1.

Cheers!
