You will need to remove the SSD Tray, as it seems.

I have a Sliger SM560 with an Asus GTX 1080TI Rog Strix OC Gaming that fits nicely and intend to also upgrade to the ROG 3080. Based off of Asus' dimensions and Sligers max acceptable dimensions it will accept one. You won't be able to have an AIO for the CPU or the add on hardrive tray in the front bottom of the case.

It will not. Even though the card is supposed to be 319mm long and the max length is allegedly 325mm, one of these dimensions is a lie. Removing the ssd tray buys you nothing, because its on the front side of the front barricade. I don't know what I'm missing, but I've spent a couple of hours now, trying to figure out how this would ever work. If you cut the case, you could make it happen, but you're going to have to take out some metal.
