Long-time lurker, life-time tinkerer here with an exciting new prototype open-air SFF chassis from SKARVOR: Frame0_
I have been developing this chassis for nearly a decade now, and have brought it into reality recently; Frame0_ blends tech with art.
Frame0_ is made using 6061 Aluminum, milled from solid stock, with an emphasis on structural rigidity and minimalist functionality.
All chassis components are interlocked mechanically and secured using a unique trapezoidal locking nut system, which is both incredibly secure and aesthetically pleasing.
In the following photos you can see Frame0_ is robust enough to host both an NVidia 4090fe, as well as a Noctua NH-C14s; the integrated handle allows for transport, as well as enabling access to the downward-facing IO.
As this is a prototype, the next step is to bring this to proper production; I am currently completing the steps necessary to do so and will update here as the steps are completed.

There will be few differences between Frame0_ and Frame_ , mostly fitment issues discovered during development.

Frame0_ uses a standard Cherry MX switch for its power button; the button is mounted to a removable plate, which will be available at production launch as an STL/STEP file for user customization_
Frame0_ has a 20Gbps USB-C port integrated into the cable comb, which will be available at production launch as an STL/STEP file for user customization_
Frame0_ disassembles and will be flat-pack ready, enabling easy shipping_
Frame0_ has a full cutout allowing for rear-motherboard access, facilitating easy m.2/CPU cooler back-plate installs_
Frame0_ uses trapezoidal nuts to mechanically bind all connecting pieces_
