The NJ450-SXL should be able to handle a Mini-ITX system based around the RTX 2080. As for RTX 2080 Ti, we are not recommending it.
Thanks a lot! What about a Ryzen 2700X with 32gb ram 1.35v, Radeon Pro WX 9100 (230W) and a NVME SSD? I am only a bit scared form the GPU, but is not easy to find information for it!

Bought the Nightjar NJ450-SXL for my first build as I really liked the fan-less design. Very heavy & appeared very well made. Did cover my entire ITX motherboard when mounted above in my 678 case. Really too large & heavy for a SFF design. However it died 1.5 seconds after turning it on.
Returned it for a conventional EVGA 450 watt SFX PSU with no-fan-spin SFX size that uncovers about 40% of the MB for better cooling & weighs less than half as much.

Bad PSU could happened, even on best brand (got some with Seasonic for example..;))
