If you want to get Alseye, contact them on Aliexpress. They have a black model that is the same as the silver one, but it has a lower RPM fan, and by this it has maximum cooling capacity of 130W.

I spoke to them a few months ago, but i dont think that situation has been changed.

Out of curiosity, I bought one of these coolers for my i3-4130T. Getting a bit long in the tooth these days, but still suits my needs well. I hope the noise is bearable with a 35W processor. It would be about as half as tall as my current Scythe Kozuti cooler.

I'm just curious that if there is a better version one? I had a MSI Trident Z which uses a smiliar cpu cooler and it's very quiet efficient. I really hope someone can make a better blower style CPU cooler to fit in my RVZ03

Definately interested in sff blower heatsinks and blower fans. A soluion like that is perfect for console style/1U cases. I did some research on the fans alone and it seemed that no one has really designed a quiet <20db blower fan. For some reason, while huge innovation has gone into axial fans (fluid bearings, innovative fan blade design, rubber vibration dampening), radial fans remain cheap POS parts. I struggled to find any fluid bearing radial fan, best was dual ball bearing.

Update: I received the item that I bought from the exact listing that @thewizzard1 posted. It was the wrong item. I received instead a Silverstone NT-07 115X cooler! There's another listing from a Chinese vendor that also has the photo of the same Alseye clone (watermarked with the store name) and they have several in stock. I decided to order there since I think that source will have the actual cooler we're looking for.

My cooler finally arrived, and it appears better than I expected.

It came well-packed and in its own box. It includes the cooler, a plastic mounting bracket, and a very small packet of thermal paste. I thought the black shroud would be plastic, but it's actually steel. Still have yet to test it on a CPU, I don't expect to use it for anything more than 51 watts.

This heatsink is really good for its low profile size. I used both a 4130T and G4400 which are modest with power consumption and they experienced 70 degrees C under most loads (it's mostly been put on load for 3D renders). Idle temps are 40 to 45 C. The fan is really loud under maximum speed and I think that's to be expected. If you adjust your own fan speed curve you can get it very quiet at 40 percent speed.

Cooler revision in copper: STH-0558B (65W TDP)
Remind of Zalman CNPS2X

About another type blower, there are also interesting models (STH-0607 and ST-HS-0119), but i like 1032-00
