Ryzen 1700x, H60 AIO, Corsair 450 SFX PSU, and how to configure airflow in a SG13?

So I've decided to go with the Ryzen 7 1700X (over the 1800X) and plan to use a Corsair H60 AIO, SFX 450 PSU, in a Silverstone SG13 case. I read of people reversing the PSU so the fan pulls out. Should the fan on the H60 pull out or in? I don't know. How should these components be set up for the best air flow?

The Corsair SF450 fan hardly ever spins, so I would be reluctant to rely on it for cooling or even evacuating hot air.
With any rad, I'd want to have it intake fresh air unless I had a specific reason for setting up as exhaust.
With the above points, I'd suggest setting airflow to go front to back. I've seen some people mod Sugos to have an exhaust fan or two in the back.

Actually I got the PSU today. Assuming the fan pulls air in, it will exhaust out the back not the top like I imagined. The top of the PSU is closed.
