Realan w150 workable with customization?

I did my first PC build in a Thermaltake V1 and am considering going smaller but it seems very difficult to get any of the newest, smallest cases as they are always on pre-order and such.

I found this Realan w150 on Aliexpress and it is tiny but I haven't found much of anyone using it. I think it could be a great case if the graphics card was mounted where they intended a micro ATX to go and a Pico or HD Plex was used instead.

I think cooling the case would require some modification of the side panels and the back would need to be cut up for the graphics card mount. It seems like this would yield a case similar to the Dancase A4 but maybe a bit shorter.
Does this seem at all reasonable?

I have one and used it as a NAS for awhile. Also agree, it's a good candidate for modifying but the side panels are pretty thick. Cooling is a serious problem

It doesn't have to be reasonable if it's in the name of SFF computing, but yes this is a great idea. I'd definitely modify the side panels.
