Depends on the cpu/gpu you are going to put in it. But you listed those. The fans are fine, though it is debated if the 90mm fan would do much for the temps while being the loudest fan. You could try without the 90mm fan first.
For the cpu, all ryzens 3rd run cool, so stock cooler is fine but is loud. Best cooler is noctua c14s, but d9s is fine too and cheaper. D9L is like 3 degrees hotter and same prize, so get the d9s. Overclock 9700k and 9900k get really Hot, so you need a watercooler if you want to run quietly.
For the gpu 1080ti, 2080 and 2080ti will be hot and loud. Best is to not go beyond 2070 super of you want quiet, which you listed.
Furthermore, if you want 2 normal size 120mm fans, dont go over 2slots. Watch out the fan and coolblock of the gpu dont go over it, or it won't fit with the fans. The Asus rtx 2070 super is 2,5 and you need to remove the fans of the heatsink. I was going to do that too. You can use the fan header in the gpu, but sometimes the noctua fans need more power and draw too much from the gpu and short it. It's better to couple them and plug them in the mobo and do it though software (msi afterburner)
