I have created almost the same build. However I am struggling to close the case because of the power cables coming out from the GPU. Anyone has an idea how to do Optimum Tech Style Cable Management? Thanks for your feedback!

Yes. Amazon has " Cablecc ATX 8Pin Female to 8pin Male 180 Degree AngledPower Adapter for Desktops Graphics Card " along with 6 pin versions.

And in a pinch for space, you can remove the foam pad from the back and use a thin insulating tape.

There's a variety of 'U-turn' adapters or cables from modDIY.com, they're quite convenient (fit 7mm clearance).
You'll find several of the same kind on amazon and ebay.
Just pay close attention to the orientation on both ends as several combinations are possible, of course.

Dunno if U turns are 100% reliable, nor much thinner, but better than squash wires out of a connector like this, IMHO.

(personally I'm more concerned about cables lenght and color, I'm sure full custom order solutions exist somewhere if one has the cash to throw at that)
