I have two options. The idea is to use a Chinese DC PICO.
What you considered.

Asrock AM1H ITX (this one has DC IN but I don't know if it supports feeding the graphics card)
Athlon 5350
4 GB RAM
GT 730 4GB (I already have it from another project)
Plan B:
I3 7100T (version 35w)
ECS mother h110m4-c23
4 GB RAM
WITHOUT VIDEO CARD (I sell 730 to reach the budget) PICO CHINO. How much watts?
