New Build - Will a 330w PSU be enough with a 1070ti?

I am upgrading a HTPC and am concerned that 330W with a 1070ti won't be enough to power it. The calculators I have been using have been giving conflicting answers. Points of concern:

• Wall power unknown quality - I live in an apartment complex.
• 330W AC Adapter reliability - does it really provide 330W?
• Component wattage consumption - should I even try 330W with this setup?

I am relatively new to building computers. This will be my second one. So feel free to explain things to me like I am 5. It is also my first post, so if I am posting in the wrong place or something, I am happy to correct it asap.

That setup looks good to me. The Dell 330W brick should be able to handle all that fine.

As to whether the 330W dell brick actually gives you 330W - Safe to assume genuine dell bricks do (i.e bought from dell directly). Aftermarket dell bricks can be a bit hit and miss, but I bought mine from Amazon and it works fine.

This was also my second PC build - but this case is really easy to build in despite it's size. Previous livestreams on Josh's youtube channel are worth a watch if you're at all unsure

Should be fine.

Reviews show 1070ti's power usage to be around 180W at stock, OCed around 230W with peaks up to 290W. Safe to say you shouldn't overclock.

2200G with its gpu disabled is pretty much an r3 1200, shouldn't guzzle more than 40W. Mobo and peripherals around 20W.

That said, why an APU if you're gonna use discrete gpu? Although $98 sounds like a good deal.

Thanks for the quick math on the wattages. Great observation on the APU. It is only because I am upgrading an old HTPC that has no graphics card and that is what is in there now.
