New Build - LF Advise for Dan A4-SFX v3

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to build my first SFF pc and would like some advise in regards to appropriate parts for the DAN A4-SFX v3 (From - https://sfflab.com)

Parts I am looking to Purchase:
My main concerns / advise I would like is in regards to GPU and the CPU cooling options

PSU: SFF PSU not sure yet.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix X470-I Gaming
HD: 970 Pro M.2
RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB Series 2x8 16GB DDR4 3200MHz F4-3200C14D-16GTZRX

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming 8G GDDR6 - Item Dimensions 11.04 x 4.58 x 1.58 in per description on Amazon
I would like to got for a 1080ti but have been having trouble trying to source and dont want to spend too much on the gpu.

CPU Cooler: Not sure atm. Would like to go with and Water cooling option but open atm.

I'm looking to order all the parts soon so want to make sure it will all fit and work before proceeding.

Any advise/suggestions would be much appreciated.
Also as a side note I'm based in New Zealand so any part recommendations would need to be able to ship here thanks.

Just finished the same build, I went with;

Corsair 600 (although a 450 would suffice)
2700 rather than the X for a lower TDP
Same Mobo, HD & memory though I went with 32GB
Found a Zotas 1070TI Mini on eBay (which probably doesn't help you much)

Cooler I went with the Cryorig C7 non-CU (as they seem very hard to find) and replaced the fan with a Noctua A9x14 and 2 smaller A4x20's on this bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3154105

Temps are high 30's at idle to mid 60's on stress test.

@Nikfx: If you go for RTX 2070. You can use the MSI RTX 2070 ITX version + Corsair SF450 + Corsair H75 AIO. Keep in mind you need a Noctua A12x15 fan for the AIO.
