Need opinions on this build

Hi! This is going to be my first SFF build. I've put together a list of parts that I'm considering to get. I'm curious about the fan setup, if I will need all 4 fans (the specs for the M1 said it can hold four 120mm fans). I've listed the Sapphire Pulse 5700XT, but I'm hoping to get the Nitro when it releases. I've seen mentions of shorter wiring with SFF builds for better cooling / cleaner case, what would you guys recommend to get for this build?

Looks good, not seeing any obvious issues with compatibility or performance.

You don't need all the fans, but it won't hurt much as far as added noise (may help since they may be able to run lower RPM with added airflow), and given total build cost I think it makes sense to max out fan slots.

For shorter cables, you can get custom from someone like Pslate (the de facto choice here) or one of the other companies like CableMod. There are some other services as well, but I'm not familiar with them.

You can't actually mount a fan above the U9S so 3 fans is all you need. Ncase only supports GPUs of 130mm at the rear corner, the Sapphire is 134mm.
