Concept need help with mini itx motherboard's case rear I/O cut

While I have found and read the documentation for the mini itx facton I'm not sure if I have designed the rear I/O cut the right way so I would like someone to help with that if possible by cheking the dimensions in my sketch

It would help if the dimensions were of the cutouts. Otherwise look at the ATX Spec Sheet
