Concept dimensions for custom mini itx case

I'm currently trying to build a mini itx case but I'm very confused with the dimensions. All of them I can't figure out how much the clearence under the motherboard should be (and so the dimension of the motherboard stands) the dimension of the i/o shield, the distance of the motherboard stands and the motherboard itshelf from the i/o shild and the place of the i/o shield accordingly to the motherboard. If anybody can help me with some blueprints or dimension or anything would be more than welcome.
