Log My newly assembled NUC doesn't work.

I bought a

Intel NUC NUC7PJYH​

I've added 2x8 GB ram and 480 GB hd. I made a bootable Linux Mint Cinnamon 20.1 USB drive. I hooked the NUC up to my TV and I get no picture. I expected to be presented with a bios and install Linux after making the proper selections. But no dice.

Suggestions???
