The 6700 XT is only 42mm thick so you can use a much better CPU cooler in the Terra. Scythe Big Shuriken 3, Thermalright AXP120-X67, Deepcool AN600 are all 67mm and would provide much better cooling. If you do decide on the Noctua you want the NH-L9a not the NH-L9i, the L9i is for Intel. The 6700 XT is going to require more than 500W, 650W is required and 750W is recommended. Corsair SF750 is probably the most popular SFX PSU available and not only is it very good but has much nicer braided cables. I have a Big Shuriken 3 cooling a 12600k in my Terra and it works very well.
