Noctua NH-L12S doesn't fit in Skyreach S4 Mini.

So between the two, only NH-L9 fits.

makes more sense to use a Ryzen 3700X, which is 65W TDP.

if very powerful cooling is needed, you can " raise " your sidepanels like in Josh | NFC 's youtube video, & then install a CryOrig C7 graphene.

Well the 3600 is also at 65W no ? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9nm323/amd-ryzen-5-3600-36-thz-6-core-processor-100-100000031box

Except the price, is there is any huge difference between amd 3600 / 3700 ?

@ignsvn : Perfect, I wasn't sure about the CPU Cooler size

Also about the power supply, which one should I take ? Some people told me, I should go for 500W... but the power supply seems to be very restricted for that NFC case ?

if you're using an internal PSU, max power is 400W.

if you're using an external AC brick, i know where you can get a 500W one.

Ok, well I think the external AC brick at 500w will suit better.

I'm pretty new in building a mini PC, how can I connect this power supply to the different stuff ? (Motherboard, graphic card etc. ?)

After some reflexion, I will go for the case “Sentry 2.0” that give me more flexibility.

I updated the main thread.

So now I’m looking for the graphic that could fit the case, but not too expensive (around £330)

- RADEON RX 5700

- GEFORCE NV RTX2070

Sentry 2.0 is generally a good choice.

It's just that I'm not sure how you can order them after they closed their Indiegogo campaign.

@ignsvn : Yeah, I saw that.. it was pretty frustrating after spending few hours on that build

Cases :
- Sentry 2.0 : Next product will be shipped in December
- Lazer3d CG7 CRAVO : Tricky for a descent graphic card / PSU (500W)
- NFC Skyreach : Same than Lazer3d

Cases to review :
- Z-Cases P50 : Very nice looking. I'm checking the following :
- Returns policy if product faulty
- Is it shipped from outside of Europe ? ($$$)
- In opposite of one of their picture, it seems this case could stand only in vertical ?
- If my build fit in that case
- Fractal Design node 202 :
- Not a huge fan of the plastic case, however with a glass panel why not !?
- Goodisory A01 Aluminum :
- Maybe too small, not sure a graphic card can fit.
- I'm negotiating the price with the vendor, so I can maybe get it for cheap.
- Video : Build
- Silverstone RVZ02
- Salvo Studios S401
I didn't expected the case will be the most difficult part to get :-/

If you know some other mini-case, that could suit my build and pretty design, let me know ! :-)

Ok, after few review.. it's pretty complicated to get a htpc case in UK/IE :-/

Considering my build, I took the "Silverstone RVZ03" case.

I'm just waiting for the order, and hope everything will fit =)

Thanks for your help!

Quick update, I got all the stuff!

However I'm currently facing to an issue with the MSI b450i motherboard and Ryzen 5 3600, the fans works however it didn't boot at all.

I think the bios has not been updated, making the AMD CPU serie 3000 unsupported. Unfortunately there is no flashback button to update the bios without CPU on MSI B450I GAMING PLUS AC. So a AMD CPU 2nd generation will be necessary whatever the b450 motherboard to update the bios :-|

I reached MSI Tech Support thinking they will probably update the bios, but nop...they were not very helpful.

So I'm gonna probably for a different motherboard and reach AMD for a "Processor Loan Boot Kit" :|

Are you in the US? If so send me a private message. I have an Athlon 200GE I used to update the BIOS on my MSI B450i and has just been sitting ever since, I have no use for it now and would send it to you for the cost of postage.
