@Kmpkt : what is the height between the motherboard PCB and the top of the Dynamo Mini PCB, once into the 24-Pin connector ?
Thanks !

Thanks.

My GPU PCB is placed at exactly... 48 mm over the motherboard. With the components at the back of the GPU, I would need an extra 4 mm clearance.
So, I'm stuck with that 24-pin cable :(

I'd personally go for the Dell 240W or the Razer 165W depending on how much you want to spend and what your power requirements are. If you plan to push the power above 160W on a semi-regular basis (ie. 1060 based build). If you plan to be low-wattage (ie. 1050ti build) then the Razer is a lot smaller and seems to work quite well.

But the voltage of both of them are >19V, is that ok to use with Dynamo 160 mini since the input of the Dynamo is only 12V.
Thank your for your answer

I can also vouch for the Dell 150W power adapter, for lower-wattage builds. I've had mine for about a year and has been going smoothy. The most power I've pushed through it was 140W-150W at the wall during load tests.

What would you recommend for powering an overclocked ryzen 2600x and a 1080? I have been looking around and I like your solution more for the fact that it is not stupid bulky unlike this other i found thats capable of powering 600w.

Just to be clear, you want to overclock the Ryzen 2600 AND the 1080 or just the Ryzen 2600?

Can you use any other wide voltage input plug-in board instead of the Dynamo Mini? I'm guessing you could. I looked at the PicoPSU SU-120WI-25V which can accept 12-24V from the AC power source.

So the reason I'm considering it is because it's even smaller in footprint than the Dynamo Mini or HD-PLEX 160W to fit some space constraints and use it in tandem with the Dynamo 360 which for a high performance GPU. And letting the Pico power the mobo, CPU and SSD.
