Posting my unRAID server that I've been using for Plex and some docker containers, Parts are from previous builds and some HDD/SSD I had laying around.
Hardest part of the build was getting the Noctua L12s to fit with 25mm fan and the shell closed, as you can see it's scratching abit but manged to close it by pushing the cooler a bit while closing.
To get around the limited SATA situation I found a Silverstone Micron JMB585 controller M.2 to SATA expansion card. currently plugged a SATA SSD which is set to cache in unRAID & one pool disk, the rest are connected to the MB. with the extra SATA ports this gives me a total of 11 drives capacity (including the the back m.2) though the max you can squeeze in this case is 8 maybe 9. (5X3.5" drives - 2X2.5" SATA SSD - 1XNVMe SSD)
As for fans, I replaced the stock front fan with Arctic P12 and the cooler with Noctua 25mm (you need VLP RAM to make it fit). Also double tapped a side fan to cool the SATA and NVMe SSD's and they seem to do well with some reads and write tests.
