Step 1 - Maybe stop TRYNA fix it - It may not be your problem - It may be a hardware problem!
Step 2 - Type Ctrl-Alt-Delete and Select Task Manager
Step 3 - Click the Performance icon in Left Pane of Task Manager
Step 4 - Do whatever you usually do to cause a Black-Screen-Freeze event
Step 5 - After the Black-Screen-Freeze event is over Check GPU 0 (mine was pegged at 100% during the event)
Step 6 - Voila - That's it! Capture the Task Manager window using your Windows snipping tool
Show this evidence to AMD and in my case, they immediately started an RMA. After (free) Fedex travel time to-and-from Florida, I received a new Ryzen 7 8700G. The new replacement CPU does not freeze!
