Is there anything I need to modify here? Or can I start purchasing the parts as they are for assembly?

CPU: Ryzen 7700 or higher
Mainboard: MSI B650I Edge WiFi
RAM: Kingbank 32x2 (6400)
GPU: 4090 FE
SSD: WD SN850X 2TB
SSD Heatsink: Less than 2.5cm
Power Supply: Corsair 1000W
CPU Cooler: NH-L12 Ghost S1
CPU Fan: A12x15
Top Case Fans: Phanteks PH-F120T30 (X2)
Fan Hub Needed?
Cables: Taobao Teflon Silver-plated wires + Maxfinder 12VHPWR
Others: Taobao front panel USB-C expansion port

should i change something?

I might be a bit late but I don't think the CPU cooler will fit, if the centre spine has to be moved to accommodate a 4090 FE. I could be wrong - I only have the T1 V1.1, but T1 v1.1 holds my 3090 FE with enough room for something like the 47mm tall Alpenfhon Black Ridge (which does not support AM5 BTW). Check the T1 specs - it should give you max height for CPU coolers depending on how much space you give to the GPU.

CPU cooler definitely incompatible with 3 slot GPU.
Consider thermalright AXP47 or idcooling IS-47XT.

As CPU, 7700 or 9700X (65w max cpu) is recommended for this kind of setup.

No need of fan hub, just a splitter

Top exhaust fan : Phanteks are overkill. they just need to spin at 400rpm continously

RTX4090 FE in FormD T1, I strongly don't recommend it. You will need to undervolt massively (75%). My recommendation for this FormD T1 is 2.5 slots gpu (way quieter as no turbulence due to proximity with side panels) like Asus RTX4080 Proart.
