Hi I made this account like less than 10 minutes ago so I could ask this community what a good sff case is that can support matx motherboards, atx power supplies, atleast 1 hard drive and less than 20 liters
As a start, check out these couple SGPC's offerings:-
1. K77
277 x 158 x 248 = 10.6 litres
MATX mobo size = 226 x 186
Standard ATX PSU size (150 x 140 x86)
5x 2.5'' drives

2. K88
345 x 158 x 268 = 14.6 litres
MATX mobo size = 245 x 245
Standard ATX PSU size (150 x 140 x86)
5x 2.5'' drives

Edit
2 more for your consideration:-
a. SKTC Q2
300 x 193 x 285 = 16.5 litres
MATX size = 240 x 195
ATX PSU = 150 x 140 x 86 (limiting GPU to be 240mm or shorter)

b. SKTC HX100
328 x 160 x 263 = 13.8 litres
MATX size = 245 x 215
ATX PSU (if length > 150, GPU will be limited to 240mm or shorter)
