It looks like SFFTEC might have deleted it? I've contacted the moderators to see if they have a backup or archive.
This is just raising so many red flags, SFFTEC guaranteed to process all refund requests within 72 hours and without his 4.8% "restocking fee" that was apparently in his terms and services if he didn't ship all the PSUs by the end of the week, and even told users they could print that post to hold him to it. Now it's completely gone...
