Cooling Dynatron t497

Anyone knows or has tested this cooler? I´ve never seen it before.

4 heatpipes, direct contact with base, 30mm height... Same weight as the Id cooling Is-30...It´s the same cooler but with different branding?

Looks like a badge engineered version of the ID Cooling IS-30.

Reckon you could swap the fan for a better 92mm fan? Heatsink is very slim so with a standard 92mm fan I think it would still be under 40mm tall.

It uses a 12mm slim fan, so swapping with a 14mm noctua only increases the total height to 32mm. It seems that is one of the slimmest 4 heatpipe heatsinks.

It will be awesome if anyone finds some review to see how it performs and if its better than the Nh-l9i/a

I've already done the Noctua fan swap. Still buying parts so don't expect any tests for a while.

Awesome! Thanks for the mod! So... standard m3 screws are enough to use the noctua fan without any hassle?

@Raxe - It took me three (including the ones linked in the previous post) sets of screws to get the exact fit. The head was too big on the first, and the second had washers that I could not remove. I would recommend the M3x14 ones from Hobby King. It was simple to replace the fan.
