CPU Deskmini x300 APU 5600G or 5700G

I bought a Deskmini x300 with Bios 1.70 already installed , what APU do you recommend between 5600G and 5700G ?
I have seen that these are very similar but 5700G is much more expensive .

If you're looking for graphics performance, the 5700G should give you roughly 10% more FPS, depending on the game. Multi-Core CPU benchmarks are about 20% better for the 5700G.

as far as I know, there will be nothing after the Ryzen 5000 series which fits in the AM4 socket. The coming 6000 servies will use a new socket AM5. So the Ryzen 7 5700G should be the most powerful APU fitting in any of the current AM4 boards.

It has a RAM kit of the same kind as mine: they are 2 RAM sticks from a Corsair Vengeance SO-DIMM 32GB (4x8GB) kit originally intended for Intel X299 platforms (for Core i9 series " XE") with a microITX motherboard with four SO-DIMM slots and operating in quad channel, hence the kits existing only with 4x8GB RAM sticks, these are rather rare to find and very expensive (it takes at least 400usd see more for one of these kits).

Corsair has released 3 variations of the same kit as they are all physically the same using "E0" SO-DIMM PCBs (the best for overclocking in this form factor) with sorted and binned 1GB Samsung "B-Die" chips for in obtain the best candidates, the three variants are:

1) CMSX32GX4M4X3600C16: 4X8GB kit clocked at 3600MHz and latencies 16-18-18-36-1T under 1.35v.

2) CMSX32GX4M4X3800C18: 4X8GB kit clocked at 3800MHz and latencies 18-19-19-39-1T under 1.35v.

And if you ever want them to be really well cooled in sober, discreet and efficient ways: I use these small full copper heatsinks and graphene coating which are very easy to place thanks to their predisposed self-adhesive thermal pads at less than 2usd the heatsink:

Unless AMD release 6000 series desktop APUs, the 5600G and 5700G will be the last CPUs on the Deskmini X300.

I hope it, 5700G is great , however 6000 series will have surely something more to run better AAA titles

6000 Series APU will come, but they won't be compatible with the AM4 socket

If they do come, they most definitely will be AM4. AM5 starts at 7000 series. AMD have fortunately stopped messing around with mixing architecture and product names. Zen 3 is 5000, Zen3+ is 6000, Zen4 is 7000.

I just bought one of these and will probably get the 5600G. Is there any way to find out if the BIOS is at least 1.70 before I pick up the processor? I am not sure if it will let me update it if I get the 5600G and it is a lower rev.
