Maybe if you can find out from the seller. Where did you buy it? The ones on Ali express seem to be 1.70 from the reviewer comments. If you have the old bios, you'll need to borrow a loaner cpu to update the bios since it wont boot with the 5600g.

Hello

now I can find the Ryzen 7 5700G at a very good price ( 180 euros ) . Anyone can confirm it's still the fast APU for x300 ?

Thank you

Yes with the Ryzen 7 PRO 5750G which is its equivalent in the professional version, unfortunately there is no better so far.

For your information, ASRock has also recently announced that they are already working on the "DeskMini X600", the Socket AM5 equivalent of the DeskMini X300, which in my opinion will be available shortly after the AMD release "Phoenix/Dragon Range" (Ryzen 7xxxG/GE) in 2023, the next AMD APUs in Zen4 architecture with iGPU in RDNA3 architecture (confirmed) and possibly with 12 RDNA3 Compute Units (i.e. 1536 Stream processors in RDNA3) but this last information does not is not yet confirmed.

I'm thinking of X300 and 5600G with NH-L9A. Is cpu temp likely to be an issue?

Not at all.

In fact, if you look on Noctua support section, you'll see that 5600G is marked as supported by the Noctua NH-L9A with even a light overclocking.

At the moment, I've a 2200G, and in fact, although the Noctua is also marked suitable for it, the support page says that overclocking should not be done.
