Demcifilter Internal Dust Filters Question

Has anyone used the Demcifilter internal filter kit for the A4? Is it good? Why are there two different sizes for left and right? Will just ordering two left filters work?

Don’t waste your money. They increase my temps by 5-10C. Better to just buy a hand vac and blow the dust out if the case once in awhile.
