DAN A4-SFX v4.1 case by x111

Configuration:
- AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
- ASUS ROG STRIX X570-I GAMING
- PowerColor Red Dragon Radeon Rx 5700 Xt
- Samsung 970 PRO 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD
- Sabrent 2TB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD
- CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16
- Asetek 645LT
- Corsair SF750
- LINKUP Ultra PCIe 4.0 X16 Riser Cable
- Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM 2.52W (3)
- 92mm Guard Grill
- Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Paste
- ARCTIC Thermal Pad
- Temperature Heat Resistant Kapton Tape

Ambient temperature ~25C
Temperature on idle ~50C on CPU, ~40C on motherboard,~40C on both M.2 SSD, ~50C on graphic card.

- CPU set to 4.2GHz at 1.25V
- cpu fan set at 60% from 0C-30C and auto up from 30C
- motherboard fan set at 50% from 0C-30C and auto up from 30C
- graphic card fan set at 40% from 0C-40C and auto up from 40C

RAM set in bios to 3200mhz

I'm using external fans when it is under load:
- Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM (4)
- Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM (2)
- 120mm ABS Plastic Foam Cooling Fan Filter
- 120mm Guard Grill
To control it there is "Thermaltake Commander FP SATA Powered 10 Port 4-Pin PWM Fan Hub" and power button inline.

Woman Stocking XXL as a filter.

On the stress test with "AIDA64 Extreme"
with all 9 fans turned on, I got stable over 90C on cpu package during 3 minutes stress time.

P.S. I will edit if I forgot something.

The updates on the new Dan Cases with the additional under mobo fan look great, kind of wish i had have waited when i grabbed my V4, ive tucked a 40mm fan up top to try and get airflow to my rear NVME, I am still on air though for my 3950x int he Dan case, and it's toasty.

what speeds were you able to get out of the 2x32gb kit? I've been eyeing off the 3200mhz C16 2x32gb vengeance kit to replace my 2x16 kit, but I am not sure if I should wait for 3600mhz lp 64gb kits or not.

Very nice build man!

Why have you changed out the PCIe riser? The one in the Dan V4.1 is Gen4
just in case, to keep a spare part,
it's very hard to get this riser if something will go bad while you bending it !!
:)
plus some ppl claimed that riser which came with dan case stop working for them.
the other thing, LINKUP riser looks way higher quality build compare to 3M riser.

Nice build, although I wouldn't say that 3 minutes is a stress test. Let alone 3 hours.

For example, mine crashed after 36 minutes into the test and my highest temperature were achieved after several hours of my 3rd test.

Many recommend to run a stress test for atleast 12 hours. Hence 3 minutes is almost nothing, especially when running an closed loop, since the water hasn't reached equilibrium yet.

Lastly, a tip for your build - run the GPU power cable to front instead, out and up where you can mount a front SSD, and then up through the small hole on the GPU side and then into the GPU. Will leave you some space inside the actual case, where it is running now. I have done this and it's better in my opinion.

You can do this with the PSU power cable also, looks cleaner inside the case itself and it will be hidden once you install the entire top/front part of the case :)
