I think I will keep my Brontes Reeven then since it out performs both of those and is quieter IIRC.

One other thing. If I'm using a 1080 and an i7 7700/t, would I need a 400 watt Meanwell or could I get by with lower?

The difference between 300W and 400W is only $10. I'd get the 400W so you wouldn't worry about cooling the PSU. Just make sure you have the necessary connectors

The G-unique should handle that, right? The PSU only needs to connect to the DCATX.
