Looks awesome for a low volume custom rig. So, the question is: where can i find blower cpu coolers like this?

I never used a cooler, but in the specs it says 28.7dba max.

I like the design of this cooler a lot, but I'm wondering if it'd fit on a typical ITX motherboard? It seems like it would interfere with components pretty easily.
