Buying cheap Windows 10 licence key

There is a lot going on Youtube about buying cheap Windows licence key or Microsoft Office from sites like Kinguin or URcdkeys. The prices are dirt cheap, sometimes 1/10 of Microsoft prices.

Any experience?

Is it legal or scam?

What would you do?

Not sure if legal or scam or even moral, but i can confirm the $2.00 ebay licenses have been working for me without issue for years. I have been doing volunteer work for Microsoft for over a decade so that's how i justify my decision to go the cheap route. If i asked nicely they would likely send me a key anyway, so i didn't even have to spend the $4.00.

As i've heard it's not legal, i think it depends on the local laws.
Regarding morality...I can buy used car/PC without any issues, why should the software be any different?
