Power Supply Any cheap 19v dc-dc psu

Waiting for a replacement hd Plex atmo but during the diagnostic process I ended up with 2 dell power brick's.
thinking about utilizing the spare for my second system but all the cheap Pico's seem to be 12 volt.anyone know any other 19v options?
