Predabot submitted a new resource:

AMD R7 5800X3D - Rough model of the cpu with package and heat-spreader

Contains some of the copper-layers and laminate of the substrate (pcb, kinda'), as well as the IHS, solder-points and pin-legs. The goal is to add the chiplets and the smd-components later on.

Issues:

Height of IHS
Length of pins
Thickness of substrate

Since I don't own the CPU, these are merely estimates, from the measurements I've been able to find online. If you own the CPU, please, let me know the real measurements and I will adjust the model.
