Building a new pc again, after using a laptop for a while, looking to build a PC for light gaming nothing hardcore. Not decided on amd or Intel yet but wondering what the best budget mini itx board out there at the moment. Any suggestions.
takes care of your case, mobo, PSU, and WiFi. All you need is a drive of some sort, ram, and an AMD 2400G APU (and a noctua NHL9A) and you're up and running.
If you want full-size components, a B450 board should do nicely with a 2200G or 2400G APU. If you don't care about multi-screen support and you don't need high-end graphics, you could maybe even get away with an Athlon APU.
I'd recommend AMD, as the next set of ryzen CPU's have been confirmed to be backward-compatible.
