I were able to do some mild undervolting while still having a stable system. Temperatures fell about 3-4K after that.
Since then I played several Indie Games (sometimes over several hours), without getting an unstable system (e.d. bluescreens or falling fps). I haven't measured the temperatures...
Radiator screws weren't a problem for me while installing the fans. But yeah, they have at least 1mm less diameter than normal fan screws.
By the way, I get really itchy fingers and a burning OCD when I look at the cable management (knowing full well that you are not finished yet)
You can see the same bubbles on my pictures.
There is no seal (o-ring) between the channels. So this is probably expected behaviour of the coolant. As long as it stays inside the O-ring it's probably fine.
Had anyone bought a LED stripe, yet?
I have a 3-pin (digital LED 5V) and 4-pin (RGB LED 12V) port on my mainboard and haven't found a strip that fits perfectly into the indentation of the distro.
@kosta
I used about 800ml for the first build. When I got my new distro plate I had to bleed the loop and refill. Now I've used about one liter total (including quite some liquid on the ground XD). Probably you are fine with 1l (not water-cooling the GPU right now)
I've used clear EK Cryo Fluid (concentrate mixed with demi water) for the loop. I'm a bit worried about interaction between the soap and the Cryo Fluid. I don't find the bubbles that irritating and they seem to go away a few by the day.
I'll take your advice and run the pump on full speed the...
My TG panel holes did line up fine. The vented panels not a 100%. When taking the hole case apart I had several holes which didn't line up perfectly. The metal sheets seem to have some tolerance. But there were no problems which would have made installation impossible.
GPU fitting was fine after...
You can install the PSU with the connectors facing up or down. In both orientations you can install the PSU slightly more upwards or downwards in the case. Correct me if I'm wrong @diceboii13
The only way I could reach the opening mechanism of the 24-pin was installing the PSU as seen above...
So, I've taken my time. But I got the first part of my project finished:

@Thehack
I just have one additional question. As described a few posts earlier I need longer cables for the 2427.
As discussed I'll splice extension to the four soldered wires (using 17 AWG)
But I want to make new ones for the 3 smaller wires which go into the white connector. You used 20 AWG...
@Thehack I have moved to a new case and now the wires connecting to the PSU are too short.
Is it possible to desolder the wires and solder longer ones to it? What are the chances something gets damaged in the process?
I have to add that except of some self-learned splicing I haven't any...
