I’m curious on why the change from the forums to discord for updates? Discord should not be a replacement for forums. It makes it impossible to find relevant information and just gets bloated with off topic conversations.
Honestly, unless Nouvolo is going to create highly customized and specific units for some of the boutique sff cases then it doesn’t make much sense to continue the project. Even then he’s not gonna sell many units. Creating a res/pump that will work with many different cases is gonna be a big...
I would vote for a pump/mini res. Something more reliable than the alpha cool dc-lt pumps. Not all custom loops will use it since they might opt for the aquanaut, but having the pump/res might be more enticing for some. I think I would go with that option over the aquanaut for smaller loops like...
Is there anyone that has used a 3D printing service that has any recommendation? My university said all of theirs are broken and there are no places in my area. I want to print the top expansion that allows you to fit full size fans. Or if anyone is willing to 3D print it for me I will pay you...
sucks to hear that your project has to be put on hold for now. I appreciate the transparency when it comes to your supply chain issues. Especially since I’m a logistics and supply chain management major. Love talking about that kind of stuff.
Product looks great. Anyway I can trade in my unused, older aquanaut in for an extreme version? You're making me very tempted to watercool my rig again!
I have no problem doing that to test it out. Best case scenario I can do that Wednesday, but otherwise it might be a week or two before I can test that setup.
If I was playing RDR2 it would easily go to 70-75c and memory temps would hit 100c as well. There is definitely plenty of ventilation on this case to get that hot air out. I do have the 3090 undervolted as well, but I can do some more testing if people are interested and get some better temps.
Moved my build from the Sliger S620 over into the Big-560.
Putting the case together wasn't too bad and I already shared some feedback with @REVOCCASES about sending the manual as a PDF to make the pictures easier to see when trying to figure out which screws to use. Tolerances were pretty...
Build looks great so far! I have the Octo controller as well, but do you not need to connect the molex connector to power it? I’ve got 4 fans plugged into mine with a temp sensor as well.
Damn I wish I knew about this case when I got my 3090Fe. The bottom to top airflow seems perfect and it seems like it would be easier to build a custom loop in this case than my Sliger S620.
