Two fans on the bottom beneficial or leave it as is?

41% isn't that audible on the FE cards right? I think you will drop at least 5% in fan speed, maybe up to 10%. Nothing really more, since the 2060 isn't that power hungry. So decide what you want :)

You go You go a12 or you don't get noctua 120mm haha. But jokes aside, waiting on chromax a12 to deshroud the strix. Really like to know your findings.

RAM cooling issue with C14S and RTX 2070 Super FE

Not from my tests on 20 min of realbench testing. Cpu was cooler by couple of degrees and gpu only by 1 degrees. Different hardware, different settings I guess. But while cpu and gpu didn't change that much, mobo chipset temps dropped a lot!

RAM cooling issue with C14S and RTX 2070 Super FE

Strange, mobo chips usually can hit higher before throttle or crash I believe. But good you found out! Do you have the c14s on intake or exhaust? I found that intake gave me better cpu and gpu thermals whilst also giving 10 degrees drop in mobo chip temps.

RAM cooling issue with C14S and RTX 2070 Super FE

Ram actually needs some higher temps and 50-60 is no issue at all. This is a mobo/voltage on the ram issue.

Difference in noise between AIO and C14s ?

Here is my build. I have a 3700x (information in the link) with c14s. With undervolt on cpu and gpu and custom fan curves my build is barely audible while gaming at max load. The a9 in the rear spins at max 38% since it makes a irritating high pitch noise. The a14 on the c14s makes more of a low...

Please verify my upcoming Ncase M1 Build!

-You don't need the x570 with you don't use pcie gen 4 drives (which almost nobody needs). The Asus b450i can take a stock 3950x. -highly recommend the noctua c14s if you want silence. I have a rear a9 fan which produces a high irritating pitch above 38% fan speed. My undervolted 3700x runs on...

    Please verify my build plan

Let me know if it makes a difference in temps! And yes, with the stock gpu, you don't want to fight the gpu fans. So set them as intake.

    C14s > U9s with intake GPU fans?

I can fit slim fans, but they won't do much. With the shroud removed, I have the perfect accelero which fits 25mm fans perfectly. I will do this when the black sterrox fans from noctua come out.

Please verify my build too :)

I like a bit more future proofing so I went with the 3700x, but the 3600 is fine too. My 3700x is inaudible, even while gaming, since I undervolted + custom fan curve. So with a c14s, you don't need to worry about sound. Why the gigabyte? If you can, get the msi if the Asus isn't available. The...

Please verify my build too :)

I have almost the same build. The Asus b450i is great, trident z works fine (but needed more voltage for xmp and can't be overclocked). The c14s works great on the 3700x, but an undervolt is needed. Otherwise the fan ramps up even with launching Google due to the high stock voltages. Now it...

    Please verify my build plan

I have exactly 16mm underneath my strix rx 5700xt (same design as the 2080ti) so it should fit.

    Please verify my build plan

Like jetpaction said. Other than that, everything seems fine. For great temps and silence, try the fans underneath the gpu as intake (exhaust will exhaust the gpu from air so leave it intake) and experiment with the radiator as exhaust/intake. Intake will be better for cpu and chipsets on mobo...

Build Check for a First-timer SFF!

No, but like I said, my system uses 13-15gb of ram on larger maps in cod and bf5 1440p ultra. With higher res textures, comes higher ram usage. The new consoles can handle higher res textures and resolutions as a whole and games will therefore also come with higher res settings. I think you wilt...

Build Check for a First-timer SFF!

With the 1440p gaming, the rx 5700xt is King for the money. 2060 super and rx 5700 are fine if your budget can't get you the xt version. The cards I mentioned are great also on the xt version. Also, I highly recommend the 32gb if you are getting 1440p soon and want to go at least 5 years with...
