I really like this design. I mean sure it’s gone bigger, a step closer to the Ncase’s size but it is very different. I have a question though. With this new design in mind, if the GPU is mounted vertically will there be enough space on the bottom to fit two full sized fans?

Yes for sure. Although I praised your attention for a secure case to make a point. That SFF cases while very small and light should be very durable and desk space isn't the only reason one would buy such a case.

Definitely need a secure case! One of the perks of having an SFF case is traveling with it. That's exactly why I chose to skip the Ghost. It's side panels are bendable and tophats aren't very secure. I mean don't get me wrong it looks gorgeous and if I wasn't traveling I'd probably buy it for...

Sounds pretty good for such a small space! For the side panels, if you are traveling a lot or moving your PC often definitely go for the aluminium side panels. If not, I'd definitely go for the acrylic side panels. Maybe smoked color panels.
