GPU Zotac 1080 Ti mini coil whine?

Hey guys,
I've had my 1080 Ti mini for a little bit now, and was curious if anyone else has really loud coil whine from theirs. It's not HORRIBLY loud, but it's definitely quite noticeable, even above the sound of the fans. While the card is "idling," it's not really that perceivable, but when changing any of the settings on it from stock, the sound intensity definitely increases. Is that normal for the card, or should I consider some warranty service from Zotac?

I know the sound is coming from the GPU, since I've put my ear pretty much up to it, and it only gets louder when I really stress the card. But, I also have an i5-8400, and an on board 2tb M.2. None of those are making any weird sounds.
