where to start 3d design

hi, I'd like to start learning 3d design and plan on making sff cases just for fun, which software should I use ???

Sketchup is a good place to start. Easy to learn and has plenty of components available from its library.

you could try freecad, thats what I use . . . free and youtube videos for training . .. its quite capable and there is the grabcad community for 3d .stp models you can upload. Alphacool have a library of parts as well modelled to upload and you have the library function here with more models . . ..

Start with Sketchup, get it down. And then get Fusion 360. It's free fro hobbyists, and it's got render, sculpt, and sheet metal modeling. I use it for everything.
