Where to order a custom SFF system

Back in the XP days I built a custom system using a shuttle PC and I loved it. I want another custom SFF system but I don't have the dexterity to deal with it so I'm looking for companies (websites) that let you order a custom system in a SFF case? I do GIS at work so the system I want to put together is going to be powerful so I'm figuring I'll bump up the graphics card so it's oculus rift ready.

I'm in the Tacoma WA area if it matters.

I've been thinking about setting something up, but I'm actually not sure what system integrators we have out there in the SFF world.
