I'm having issues with my front USB ports. I actually never solved it (posted about it here)

After checking, I found that the front IO cable that is supplied with the case is consistently giving lower speeds than the speeds of the rear motherboard USB ports. These speeds seem consistent of those obtained by USB 2.0. So I think that even though a cable with USB 3.1 connector to motherboard header was provided, it isn't rated for USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds, it is just USB 2.0.
This could very well be the cause of my problem, low quality or damaged cable.
Therefore, I wanted to buy a new USB cable for the front IO port to replace this one and bring the front ports back up to USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds . But where can I get a similar cable? Will something like this or maybe this from AliExpress work?
