I am looking for smallest custom console-sized Mini-ITX case, I am not a gamer, so i don't need a case with room for graphic card, small is priority.

I have a 2200G in a mini-box M350 with a pico PSU, it's perfect. The only heatsink that really fits in it is the NH-L9a though.

Are you aware of the "Thin Mini-ITX" which is as its name implies thinner the the usual Mini-ITX? Also there is the STX form factor which is even smaller than a Thin Mini-ITX. These offered up in support of your "smallest" requirement.
