For good reason I think. Yields for HBM2 are lower than what's already established the last I read, and I'd guess Nvidia didn't want to cripple stock numbers for consumer cards with something that's hard to come by.Nvidia doesn't seem to want to use HBM memory at all.

The hype is real!
Volta coming in Q1/Q2 2018, so there is time for VEGA to be the king. All i'm worried about at this point is nvidia volta coming along and putting our long awaited vega to shame.
As the generation they are competing against is almost at an end.
If someone makes a waterblock this would only be single slot.
It's just a physical mock-up and not an actual RX Nano card. Chris said they are still working through the configuration of the GPU chip, they are designing for a 150W power envelope between the GPU and memory.
the same guy is teasing/rumour-ing(?) an ASUS Vega x2 card.
please be 2 nano's sandwiched together with a water block in between.EDIT: BTW the same guy is teasing/rumour-ing(?) an ASUS Vega x2 card. Not sure how to feel on this; I'm already wondering if anyone would do a heatpipe cooler for the Nano V
So like the original GTX 295?please be 2 nano's sandwiched together with a water block in between.
I want a waterblock and singleslot slot cover for this.
It looks incredibly short, for me they could have made it the same length of a ITX board.
