Looking for buy a noctua d9l and Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper 60mm Dual radiator . Local to Minnesota, USA. Hoping to pay ~40 for the heatsink and ~45 for the rad (although I imagine the rad will be a harder thing to find here) lol. Thanks.
