Tiny ITX with one slot GPU and 1HE CPU/MB Part for external cooling?

Is there any itx case smaller than a DAN A4 or simply flat for watercooled parts only?

Maybe i will use the new Alphacool Eisblock XPX 1U CPU Cooler and one GPU Cooler with a smaller terminal. Maybe i will order the alphacool eisblock because of the height of the cooler.

The idea is to use a highend 500w system with an external radiator stand.

the S4M is relativly flat but you would be limited by the GPU length (1080 ti, 2070, etc.)
