Introducing the first project from Thida Studios | THIDA - Diverge.

The design goal behind the development of the Diverge was to increase the appeal of alternative finishes to the SFFPC market. To do this Diverge makes use of a 2 part bent sheet steel body to serve as a base for electroplated copper and nickel finishing options. Copper and nickel are commonly seen as part of cooling solutions for PCs but not commonly seen on the case itself change that. The bent construction method was chosen to reduce the potential cost of production but still enable the design a variety of thicknesses and material types if needed.

Diverge specs:
Dimensions (L*W*H) (mm) : 410 * 200 * 290
Front IO: 2x USB 3.0 Type A.
Mini-ITX (may also add Mini-DTX support)
CPU cooler max height of ~150mm (before it peaks out the side)
3 Slot GPU up to 330mm long
2 drive mount positions (2x 2.5" or 1x 2.5" & 1x 3.5")
PSU: SFX & SFX-L

This design needs a few final tweaks, like adding cable tie points, before a prototype is made. After confirming the prototype is good and with enough interest I'll start development towards a production run and potentially a closed version later on.

Please excuse the wrong texturing on pc components, difficulties appeared when importing files into the rendering program so this is what I settled for.
