so what can we do with our current one? what are some compatible ssd that cnan fit into it?

Every 2.5" drive <= 12mm will fit. This is 95% of all drives.

Instead, why not consider that the V4 case can accommodate the two 15mm 2.5" drives you promised to those of us who bought the V3? There's enough room in the case, assuming the bracket is the right size.
Update the bracket, not the website.
