Cooling SS135 or SE 207 XT SLIM both with NF-A12x25

Looking to buy either the SS135 or SE 207 XT SLIM and will replace the stock fan with a NF-A12x25.

Both the same price, which one is better performing?

They are just about the same (thermally and acoustically) out-of-the-box as well as with an upgraded fan (ie 120x30 fan) , according to this direct comparison review. Noctua NF-A12x25 was also used to test on them too.

If they cost the same, choose by the other secondary factors like appearance, colour, availability...etc
